Cookie Policy

Last updated: 8 October 2026

This page explains which cookies susala.eu uses and how you can control them. For everything else about your personal data, see the Privacy Policy.

What cookies are

Cookies are small text files a website stores in your browser so that it can recognise your browser on a later request. Some are needed for a site to work; others are used only if you agree.

How I use cookies

The cookies on this site fall into the categories you see in the cookie settings:

  • Necessary – needed for the site to work, so they cannot be switched off. The only one set for visitors remembers the choice you made in the cookie settings.
  • Functional – remember details you chose to save, such as your name for the next comment. These are set only when you tick the box under the comment form.
  • Analytics – tell me how many people read the site and which articles they read, through Google Analytics. These are set only after you accept the Analytics category. Until then, Google receives only cookieless measurements that do not identify you between visits.
  • Marketing – not used. The site shows no advertising and does not track you for it.

Third-party services

My forms use Cloudflare Turnstile to check that a person sent them. Turnstile runs from Cloudflare’s own domain and does not set cookies on susala.eu; see the Cloudflare Privacy Policy.

Google Analytics is provided by Google Ireland Limited; see how Google uses information from sites that use its services.

Changing your choice

You can change or withdraw your consent at any time. Withdrawing it stops new optional cookies from being set; it does not undo what was done before.

You can also delete or block cookies in your browser’s settings. If you block necessary cookies, the site will ask for your cookie choice on every visit.
